	Kenneth William Grimes CA
	Ken has been a qualified Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax Agent since 1984. In 2003, Ken recognised the need to provide a total financial service to his clients and became an authorised representative of Count Wealth Accountants®, Australia's largest independently owned Australian Financial Services Licensee.
Ken is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a member of the National Tax Agents and Accountants Association and a Registered Tax Agent. 	Lachlan Maltby
	Lachlan commenced in 2007 and has completed an accounting degree at La Trobe University Bendigo and is currently studying the Chartered Accountants course. Lachlan is part of our taxation and business services team and specialises in taxation for small to large businesses. Lachlan is also client manager of our Banklink service and the Office Tax Manager.

	Sharon Baker
	Sharon commenced in 1989 and has the role of office manager in addition to assisting the accounting and taxation team.

	Samuel Grimes
	Samuel Commenced in 2003 and completed an accounting degree at La Trobe University Bendigo in 2008. Samuel is part of the taxation and business services team performing taxation and small business accounting.
